CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

● We require 48 hours notice in advance for any cancel /rescheduling appointments.
● 1st time – last min cancel /rescheduling – Free pass as we realize things happens sometimes
● After 1st time – If you need to cancel /rescheduling appointments on the same day or less than a proper time you will be subject to 50% of the total service charge as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
● We accept cancellations/ rescheduling by phone, email ,in person, or TEXT ONLY to 778-892-1622.
● Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice we reserve the right to charge a fee of the service booked.

ARRIVING LATE

● Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available and will charge full price.
● If you are at least 30 minutes late and haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and 100% of service fees may apply.

NO SHOW

● “NO SHOW “ will be subject to 100% full cost of the service and required a 50 % of deposit to secure their spot for next appointment.
● Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice we reserve the right to charge a fee of the service booked.

We respect and value your time and ask kindly for that in return. We try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Please be courteous and notify us if you running behind or cannot make your appointment.

AGE RESTRICTION

● When booking your appointment please do keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18 you are required to have a Parent/Guardian with you to sign the consent form. If you are under 18 years of age and are without a Parent/Guardian we will refuse the service.
